Rules

Any use of this site that does not conform to the rules as stated herein, or which is otherwise determined to be illegal, is strictly forbidden and can result in the immediate loss of your account, the deletion of any or all materials and communications that you have posted to or stored on this site, and the blockage of any future access to this site.

We reserve the right to rescind accounts, remove posted material and communications, and block access to this site by any party, at any time, without prior notice, and at our sole discretion.

1. You must be at least 18 years of age to set up an account.

2. Use of this site by any individuals or organizations, other than those so licensed and authorized by MyHealthCommunity, for any commercial activities is strictly forbidden. This includes, but is not limited to spamming, advertising goods or services, steering, or other related activities.

3. You may not post any pornographic material.

4. You may not post any materials that a reasonable person would assume is for the purpose of demeaning a particular group or groups of people.

5. You may not post any materials of a libelous or defamatory nature on this site.

6. Flaming, or other use of abusive or threatening language in discussion groups, will not be tolerated.

7. You may not post copyrighted materials belonging to other parties. You may not publish trade secrets or any material that would compromise commercially relevant material of a confidential nature. You may not post any material that might reasonably be expected to infringe the intellectual property rights of, or result in a material loss for, another person or corporation.

8. You may not post using another user�s account, or use an account that was fraudulently created, for any purpose.

9. You may not post or submit any materials containing worms, viruses, Trojan horses, root kits, or any other form of Malware, or any code capable of being transmitted without a recipient�s acceptance.

10. You may not purposefully post any material that you know to be misleading or false.
